Simulation Systems for Apache & Bell Platforms

Apache and Bell

The Boeing AH-64 Apache is an American twin-turboshaft attack helicopter with a tailwheel- type landing gear arrangement and a tandem cockpit for a crew of two. It features a nose-mounted sensor suite for target acquisition and night vision systems. The CMWS Maintenance Trainer Apache (CMT-A) from Kratos provides a training platform for developing maintenance skills for avionic mechanics with Army Personnel MOS 15N on the countermeasure systems onboard the AH-64D aircraft.

The Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey is an American multi-mission, tiltrotor military aircraft with both vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) and short takeoff and landing (STOL) capabilities. It is designed to combine the functionality of a conventional helicopter with the long-range, high- speed cruise performance of a turboprop aircraft. It is one of the three platforms the reconfigurable Marine Corps Aircrew Trainer (MCAT) can accommodate, the others being the UH-1Y Venom and the CH-53E Super Stallion.
