Application-Flexible
The X37TA’s small package, light weight, variable electrical power output, and fuel flexibility accommodate a range of applications. Capable for Class-3 hybrid unmanned aerial systems (UAS), mobile tactical vehicles, and stationary power supplies.
Integral Starter Generator & Power Control Module
The Integral Starter Generator (ISG) provides power to start the engine with an onboard igniter. The Power Control Module (PCM) is capable of delivering a range of electrical power output.
Oil-Less Rotor System
Air bearings eliminate oil system (cost/weight/complexity/packaging) and lube system service requirements. Expanded temperature restrictions and low parasitic draw.
Recuperated Turbine
Integrated heat exchanger boosts efficiency while significantly reducing audible noise signature.
Fuel-Flexible Combustor
Primary fuel for operation is Jet-A, with designed adaptability to alternate fuels.
