WFI Announces Revised Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2005 Financial Results and Conference Call

SAN DIEGO, Feb 27, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ — WFI (Nasdaq: WFII), a global leader in the design, deployment, and management of wireless communication networks, technology networks and security systems, announced today a revised date to publish its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2005. The new date of Tuesday, March 14th was announced on Friday, February 17th in conjunction with the Company’s announcement to discontinue its Mexico operations. The earnings will be published on March 14th at 1:05 p.m. PST (4:05 p.m. EST). A live conference call will begin that same afternoon at 1:30 p.m. PST (4:30 p.m. EST).
