Kratos is committed to maintaining its reputation as a company with the highest standards of business conduct.  The Company requires its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers to behave in an ethical manner and to comply with applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  In support of this goal, Kratos has appointed a Vice President of Law & Compliance to oversee the company’s Ethics and Compliance program, which includes:

• Codes of conduct for employees, contractors and vendors
• State-of-the-art, interactive compliance training
• Periodic signed disclosures and certifications of key personnel
• Monitoring of fraud hotline, with investigation and resolution of inquiries
• Annual audit, reporting and updates
