Be Ready for CMMC Certification With Kratos Advisory and Assessment Services

Be Ready for CMMC 2.0 With Kratos C3PAO Services

Kratos C3PAO Services

As CMMC 2.0 contains significant modifications to CMMC, Kratos, one of the first authorized C3PAOs, conducted a deep dive on the CMMC 2.0 changes, held meetings with the CMMC-AB, and worked closely with other industry partners to ensure that accurate information is being communicated about CMMC 2.0. Kratos’ guide to CMMC 2.0 covers major changes and anticipated CMMC 2.0 clarification. While these proposed changes are under evaluation, Kratos will continue to provide you with valid guidance on how to best prepare for CMMC 2.0 assessments when they resume.

Kratos: Named a CMMC Third Party Assessment Organization by Federal Government

As itself a member of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), Kratos underwent a rigorous assessment and achieved Level 3 Certification, a key factor in its early C3PAO accreditation by the CMMC Accreditation Body (AB).

Kratos CMMC assessments will consist of up to four phases: Preparation, Collection and Validation, Presentation and Remediation (if required.) Depending on the assessment complexity most assessments will be concluded in four to six weeks.

Kratos advisory services can help you define the certification boundary and address strategic and operational challenges including supply chain management and vulnerability assessments.

The Role of Cryptographic Practices and CMMC Requirements

Organizations seeking to comply with CMMC Level 2 or higher, will need to employ best cryptographic practices for securing FCI and CUI information. This paper co-authored by SafeLogic and Kratos, will help you understand the intersection between NIST SP 800-171, the FIPS 140 standard for cryptography, and CMMC requirements.
