Scott Anderson
Principal, Cedar Grove Partners, LLC
Scott Anderson has been a Director of Kratos since February 1997. Since 1997, Mr. Anderson has been a principal of Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment and advisory concern. Since 1998, Mr. Anderson has also been a principal of Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, a private seed capital firm. Mr. Anderson was with McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Acquisitions and Development group. Mr. Anderson serves on the Board of Directors of SunCom Wireless, mInfo, Inc and GotVoice, Inc.. He is also an observer on the board of directors of Telephia, Inc. and Tigerstripe, Inc. Mr. Anderson is a member of the control groups of Von Donop Inlet PCS, LLC and LCW Wireless, LLC, both wireless licensees. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Washington, Magna Cum Laude, and a J.D. from the University of Washington Law School, with highest honors.
Bandel Carano

Bandel L.Carano, Managing Partner, joined Oak Investment Partners in 1985 and became a General Partner in 1987. Bandel has invested in companies with emphasis on Wireless and Rich-Media communications (2Wire, Airspan, Avici, CommVerge, CoreTek, Endwave, FiberTower, General Bandwidth, Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, MobiTV, NeoPhotonics, Netopia, PictureTel, Plastic Logic, Polycom, Presidio, PulsePoint, Qtera, Sentient Networks, SmartDrive Systems, Tegic, Trapeze, and Wellfleet); Advanced Software Systems (Entropic, firstRain, Illustra/Informix, Sybase, Tele Atlas and Visto); Advanced Semiconductors (Actel, Airgo, CommQuest, Kenet, Level 5, NemeriX, Newport Media, nLight, Qpixel, Resonext, SMIC, Solarflare, Stretch, Synaptics and Virata); Design Automation (Centric Software, Interconnectix, Parametric, Synopsys and Tensilica) and Clean Energy Technologies (Aurora BioFuels, Boston-Power, eSolar, GreenVolts, NanoH2O, PML, ReliOn, and Sundrop Fuels). Prior to Oak, Bandel joined Morgan Stanley's Venture Capital Group in 1983. He was responsible for advising Morgan Stanley on high-tech new business development, as well as sponsoring venture investments. Bandel received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He currently serves on the Investment Advisory Board of the Stanford Engineering Venture Fund.
Eric DeMarco
President & CEO, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.
Eric DeMarco joined Kratos in November 2003 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. DeMarco was appointed a Director and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer effective April 1, 2004. Prior to coming to the Company, Mr. DeMarco most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Titan Corporation (“Titan”), a Delaware corporation. Prior to his promotion to President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. DeMarco served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Titan. Prior to joining Titan, Mr. DeMarco served in a variety of public accounting positions, primarily focusing on large multinational corporations and publicly traded companies. Mr. DeMarco holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Hampshire. A corporate biography for Mr. DeMarco is available here.
William Hoglund
Safe Boats International, LLC
William Hoglund has been a Director of Kratos since February 2001. Mr. Hoglund is also a member of Safe Boats International, LLC. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Hoglund served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eagle River, LLC, a private investment company. During his tenure at Eagle River, Mr. Hoglund was also a director of Nextel Communications, Inc. and Nextlink Communications, Inc. Mr. Hoglund holds a B.A. in Management Science and German Literature from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Scot Jarvis
Cedar Grove Partners, LLC
Scot Jarvis joined the Kratos Board in February 1997. Mr. Jarvis co-founded Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment and consulting/advisory partnership, in 1997, and currently is its managing member. Prior to co-founding Cedar Grove, Mr. Jarvis served as a senior executive of Eagle River, Inc., a McCaw investment firm. While at Eagle River he founded Nextlink Communications on behalf of McCaw and served as its president. He also served as a regional president for Nextel Communications. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Jarvis served in several executive capacities at McCaw Cellular Communications up until it was sold to AT&T. Mr. Jarvis serves on the corporate boards of Cantata Technology, Inc., Wavelink Corporation, Visto Corporation, SkyPipeline, Slingshot Sports and Ultratouch. Mr. Jarvis holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Sam Liberatore
Sam Liberatore served 30 years in the United States Army where he held a variety of positions related to weapons system operations, research, development and acquisition before retiring as a Colonel. Following his military career, Mr. Liberatore was the Chief Operating Officer for Madison Research Corporation, building it from approximately $3 million in annual revenue to $64 million, until its acquisition by Kratos in 2006, and was President of Kratos' Weapon Systems (Madison Research) division until he retired in December of 2008. Mr. Liberatore holds a Masters Degree in Guided Missile Engineering from the University of Texas El Paso. He resides in Huntsville, AL.
Jane E. Judd
Ms. Judd is a government contracting and national security industry veteran and she brings significant financial and previous director experience to the Kratos Board. Ms. Judd was previously Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Titan Corporation, having a tenure at Titan of 10 years. Titan was a major national defense services and solutions provider, which was acquired by L3 Corporation in 2005, for a total transaction valuation of approximately $2.65 billion. More recently, Ms. Judd was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Telisimo International, where she was also a member of the Telisimo Board of Directors. Ms. Judd has previously held National Security clearances, including Top Secret, and will apply for renewal of her security clearances as a Director of Kratos. Ms. Judd is a Certified Public Accountant and she received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Utah in 1976.
